Delivery terms for www.mideer.lt

Delivery options: We work with major courier companies and offer several delivery methods. You may choose standard delivery to a parcel locker or express delivery to your home.

Delivery time: The estimated delivery time depends on the selected method and destination. Standard delivery generally takes 2–7 working days; express delivery takes 1–3 working days.

Special orders and products not listed online: If a product is not available in our online store or must be specially ordered, delivery may take up to one month. Please allow for this when planning your purchase.

Delivery charge: The charge is calculated according to the products' weight, delivery method and address and is shown before the purchase is finalised.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during busy sales periods or holidays.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we provide a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment on the carrier's website.

Delivery address: Please provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect address information.

Failed delivery: If delivery fails because the recipient is absent or the address is incorrect, the carrier will try again or leave instructions for collection from a local delivery point.

International delivery: We deliver to various countries. Delivery times may vary due to the destination country's customs and import regulations.

Damaged or lost goods: If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our customer-service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
