Refund policy
The buyer may withdraw from a contract for children's goods by notifying the seller in writing within 7 working days of delivery, in accordance with Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 17 August 2001.
Returned goods must be in their original, orderly packaging; undamaged by the buyer; unused and retaining their saleable appearance, including intact labels and protective films; and complete as received. No refund will be made if the packaging is damaged or the product has visibly been used.
If these conditions are met, send a free-form return request stating your name, invoice number, product name and price, bank-account number for the refund, and agreement that the delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. Send the request to info@lilove.lt. After approval, return the product by courier to the stated address. The amount paid will be transferred to the buyer's account within 15 calendar days of written notice of withdrawal.
Defective goods are returned under the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001. Under Article 6.362(4), good-quality children's goods subject to specific hygiene requirements, including baby feeding bottles, teething toys and similar products, cannot be exchanged or returned.
